In my project I refer to the possibility Sarnano to form a short chain rifuarda especially food products.

What is a short chain?

In practice it is the possibility of buying fruit and vegetables and the like directly from the manufacturer, rather than on the shop or market stalls.
The short chain stems from the awareness that producers and consumers share common objectives, achievable through new forms of encounter and exchange, viable thanks to sales ratio of short chain diretta.I advantages are several:

• lower cost products for the consumer, by culling the expenditure related to the distribution
• a more fair compensation for producers
• reduction of environmental costs (not only) due to the distribution
• greater traceability of products
