Just go to YouTube and type "city council" to see videos of some councils ..... and reactions.
In a democratic country nationals should be able to see what is decided and what is being done. Voters have a right to know (and to "control"). A fast and convenient way to spread news of municipal councils may be just to film them and publish them on YouTube (or on this blog).
